Ensuring the trust of the people through transparency and personal integrity

Justitia  debet esse libera, quia nihili iniquius venali justitia;
 plena, quia justitia non debet claudicare; et celeris, quia dilatio est quaedam negatio.

Justice has to be free, because there is nothing more unjust than the corrupt justice;
 total, because justice cannot stop on the middle of the road; and fast, because any delay is a kind of refusal.
